TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
You have just logged in to the website www.scarfin.ma of the company CHEKORP. You must carefully read the following provisions, as they constitute a contract establishing the general terms and conditions of the products and services in the company's electronic catalog (or store) CHEKORP. The "click" you perform after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Preamble
The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the CHEKORP web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Purpose
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products of the company CHEKORP, on the Internet, through the platform www.scarfin.ma a service and trademark registered by CHEKORP S.A.R.L
3. Definitions
In the following contract, each of the terms mentioned above shall be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
"Distance contract": any contract concerning goods or services between the Company CHEKORP and a Consumer within the framework of a distance sales or service provision system organized by the Company CHEKORP which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself. "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity. "Order form": document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them with a "double click" to commit to it.
"Order": act by which the Consumer commits to purchasing Products and the Company CHEKORP commits to delivering them.
4. Product
All products in the catalog are sold until stocks last. The company CHEKORP reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without notice; it cannot under any circumstances be held liable to compensate or cancel an order due to the inability to use the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5. Placing an Order
After finding the product(s) you are interested in, click on the "order" button, and the product will then be added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking continue shopping. When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking the "pay" order button. In the event of an error on your part at the time of entering your order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours; After the order is canceled by CHEKORP you can order again.
6. Price
The prices mentioned on the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams including VAT, are valid at the time of consultation by the customer and are those in effect at the time of the order.
7. Order Fulfillment
The order will be fulfilled no later than within 2 days from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed their order. In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. They will then have the choice of either requesting a refund of the amounts paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or an exchange of the Product.
8. Product Availability
All product orders are subject to product availability. In this context, in the event of supply difficulties or stockouts, we reserve the right to provide you with information on replacement products of equal or superior quality and value that you will have the option to order. If you do not wish to order the replacement products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
9. Delivery
Delivery is not provided by CHEKORP, the customer will pick up their goods at the delivery address indicated on their Order Form. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the Company CHEKORP within one day.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver to Casablanca for a fee of 20 dhs within the day if the order is placed before 12h, otherwise the next day.
For other cities, delivery is made via the Go Tawsilmoy company for a fee between 40 dhs and 50 dhs depending on the city and within a maximum period of 72h. Orders placed before 2 p.m. are generally delivered the next day.
The exact delivery fees are calculated at the time of placing the order.
At the time of order validation, you can choose to pay by card or upon delivery.

From the delivery date of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exchange your item or receive a full refund. The return procedure and costs of the goods are your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original packaging can be exchanged or refunded.
In the event of receiving an item with a defect, we commit to exchanging it for you, bearing the return procedure and costs. Please note that we do not accept exchanges and returns for promotional items.
11. Payment Method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by CHEKORP on the payment page. In this case, the transaction is completed for debiting your account on the day following the delivery confirmation date.
Your Multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Monetic Center (CMI), which offers a fully secured payment service. The Consumer guarantees the Company CHEKORP that they have the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method they chose when validating the Order Form. In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer between the Company CHEKORP and its banking institution apply.
12. Data Confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially. You have a right to rectification regarding the data concerning you. You may receive advertisements from CHEKORP unless you have stated that you refuse the use of your personal data for this purpose.
13. Right of Withdrawal
From the delivery date of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. The return costs of the goods remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
14. Order Cancellation
All products soldYou have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. In this case, you will be fully refunded. If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, the procedure applied will be that of the right of withdrawal (See paragraph 13).
15. Warranty
All products sold on the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is one week (from the invoice date). In the event of returning equipment that turns out not to be defective, shipping and handling fees may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
16. Proof of transactions paid by bank card The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of CHEKORP constitute proof of all commercial transactions conducted between you and the company CHEKORP.
17. Force Majeure
CHEKORP is only held liable for the performance of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event prevents them.
