Material: CHIQUI®: Subtly satin finish on one side, pleasantly textured on the other, with a touch of elastane. Ideal for those who love the feel of silk shawls without the drawbacks.
The fabric is fine, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear. The front of the shawl has a subtle, understated satin finish for a refined look. The textured back (crêpe texture) grips the hair, so there is no need to wear a headband. The fabric stretches slightly for a secure fit. It is also ideal for all seasons. The shawls are of exceptional quality and offer unrivalled comfort when worn. They do not deteriorate with washing, and the colours remain unchanged. CHIQUI® shawls will pair perfectly with evening outfits and elegant looks.
For a secure fit, we recommend fastening your shawl with a small clip.

Care instructions
Care instructions
-Never spray perfume on your scarf
-Hand wash with mild soap or shampoo. For stubborn stains, you can apply stain remover or dish soap directly to the stain.
-Rinse with water, adding a teaspoon of vinegar to remove soap residue
-Wring out by gently squeezing the scarf or using a salad spinner
-Lay your scarves flat to dry to prevent them from losing their shape (especially true for jersey shawls)
-Always iron the back of the scarf, working from the center outwards

Delivery
We deliver to Casablanca for a fee of 20 dhs on the same day if the order is placed before 12 p.m., otherwise the next day.
For other cities, delivery is handled by the company Go Tawsilm for a fee between 40 dhs and 50 dhs depending on the city and within a maximum of 72 hours. Orders placed before 2 p.m. are generally delivered the next day.
The exact delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
When confirming the order, you can choose to pay by card or upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges
From the date your order is delivered, you have 7 days to exchange your item or receive a full refund. You are responsible for the return process and any associated costs. However, only items returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original packaging, may be exchanged or refunded.
If you receive an item that is defective, we will replace it and cover the return process and costs. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for sale items.
